Join Our Team as an Airframe and Powerplant Technician II!

Are you ready to take your aviation career to new heights? As an Airframe and Powerplant Technician II , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of aircraft. Your expertise will be vital as you inspect, repair, overhaul, and maintain aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations and company policies.

In this position, you will not only perform essential maintenance tasks but also have the opportunity to mentor junior mechanics and manage multiple projects. If you have completed two or more airframe courses and are eager to grow in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

• Read and interpret maintenance manuals and inspection guides
• Supervise and manage projects and technicians
• Conduct general and routine maintenance
• Inspect work performed for quality and compliance
• Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems
• Perform engine and flight control rigging
• Conduct engine runs and taxi operations
• Collaborate effectively with your team and follow all company policies

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee two to three Airframe and Powerplant I Mechanics

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Two or more years of related experience and/or training
• Airframe and Powerplant license with multiple airframe schools

Language Skills:

• Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents and regulations
• Skilled in writing reports and business correspondence
• Effective communication skills for presenting information
