🚨 We're Hiring: CAD Operator 🚨

Are you a CAD-savvy professional who knows their way around XREFs , layers , and technical drawings? We're looking for a CAD Operator with strong AutoCAD skills and a working familiarity with Lighting , Shading , and Audio-Video (AV) systems.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Work extensively in AutoCAD , managing XREFs , layers, and file structures.
• Produce and maintain accurate technical drawings and schematics .
• Integrate Lighting , Shading , and AV components into design files.
• Generate details and documentation aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to deliver clear, precise, and organized plans.
• Help standardize and maintain CAD libraries, blocks, and templates.

🛠️ What You Bring:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD , including XREF file handling and layer management .
• Detail-oriented approach with a solid understanding of technical drawings.
• Familiarity with Lighting, Shading, and AV systems is a big plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bonus: Experience in the AV, lighting, or architectural design fields.

📌 Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of other design tools like Revit or SketchUp.
• Understanding of industry standards (ANSI, ISO, AVIXA, etc.).
• CAD or Drafting certification or related degree.
