Job Description

Seeking a CAD/BIM Drafter to join a growing MEP firm in the Baltimore, MD area! Hybrid schedule, great benefits and named one of the Top Places to work!

Responsibilities :

• Work with design team preparing drawings from markups and verbal direction.
• Create PDF and printed sets of drawings for review or as requested.
• Maintain drafting standards.
• Support the CAD Manager and CAD department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Two years of experience in computer operation for engineering design programs preferred (i.e. Revit MEP, AutoCAD).

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Hourly rate: $20-30/hour, pending experience.

Hybrid schedule.
