Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year | Bilingual: Mandarin & English Required

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager (Restaurant or Hospitality Industry) to support our construction operations. This role is responsible for assisting with bid preparation, managing bid submissions and follow-ups, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and tracking construction timelines to ensure project milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of construction bid packages, including quantity take-offs and scope documentation.
• Distribute bid invitations to subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Follow up on bid submissions, track responses, and compile final bid comparisons.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all bid documents are complete and submitted on time.
• Maintain a bid log and database of current, pending, and past bids.
• Assist with contract execution and documentation following successful bids.
• Track construction project timelines and provide status updates to the team.
• Communicate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project schedules and milestones.
• Organize and maintain all construction documentation and correspondence.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality construction administration, estimating, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management or estimating software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction processes, trades, and terminology preferred.
• Bilingual: Mandarin & English Required
