We are looking for a talented Content Designer to craft compelling narratives and user-centric content that effectively communicates our innovative ideas. You'll play a key role in translating complex concepts into engaging and accessible content that resonates with staff and leadership teams. Skills: Develop and design user-focused content that aligns with strategic communication goals and forward-facing concepts from the Futures team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and subject matter experts, to understand user needs and project objectives. Transform complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives and content formats, including articles, web copy, and multimedia components. Conduct user research and testing to gather insights that inform content strategies and improve usability. Create compelling user stories that illustrate the value of our products and solutions while addressing real user problems. Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all content delivered, in alignment with brand standards. Optimize content for various platforms, including website, social media, and internal communication channels. Monitor content performance metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Familiarity with AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation and management is a plus.
