We’re seeking a  Design Assistant to join our team! If you’re passionate about the latest trends in home design and have an eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Design Assistant at Lillian Homes, you will play a vital role in helping us finalize the design finishes for our homes, from interior finishes to accent walls and light fixtures. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute fresh ideas to elevate our designs.

This position will start on a part-time basis with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in selecting and finalizing interior design finishes and staging.
• Collaborate with the design team to choose accent walls, light fixtures, and other decorative elements that complement the home’s style.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in home design, bringing new ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest and passion for interior design and current trends with some background in home design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a creative, forward-thinking approach to design.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
