Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements for business operations positions. Create and post compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with the right positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve hiring performance. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and business operations.
