Franchise Business Consultants are responsible for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees for Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW). They collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve—or exceed—goals for their networks to drive the business in sales, profits, and network growth. To accomplish this, Franchise Business Consultants focus on coaching and influencing Franchise organizations to deliver a consistent and safe brand experience, achieve same-store comparable growth, and prepare for additional unit expansion. They serve as role models by exhibiting behaviors that achieve expected results while demonstrating the company’s core values. An ideal candidate would reside in Dayton, Ohio . RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve operational and business performance goals for the franchisee portfolio, as set by the Director and Vice President of Franchise Operations. Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes to assess past performance and align on future goals. Work with Franchisees to prioritize initiatives that drive sales, profitability, and network expansion while ensuring a safe and consistent brand experience. Develop coaching plans through regular check-ins to ensure franchisees follow through on commitments. Use data analytics to guide franchisee actions, interpret data for coaching, and monitor progress. Support franchisees in remodeling and new restaurant construction, coordinating with construction teams and monitoring milestones to meet operational standards. Facilitate communication between franchisees and cross-functional partners to support brand consistency and growth. Collaborate with the Field Marketing Team on operational initiatives and marketing rollouts. Monitor and support execution of local and regional marketing plans. Conduct restaurant evaluations within assigned territory. Partner with the Field Training Team to coordinate training support. Manage G&A expenses within set parameters and complete administrative duties timely. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Minimum age of 21 years. High school diploma or equivalent. 5-10 years’ experience in restaurant operations and/or related education. Willingness to travel to meet with franchisees; certification in local food handling requirements. Experience in restaurant or retail management, especially with franchise consulting. Leadership experience in a corporate setting. Experience in multi-unit full-service, QSR, or fast casual concepts. Experience working in growth-oriented organizations. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
