At Terra, we are looking for someone to fill the position of Global Recruiter to provide freelance support to our recruitment team. This is a freelance, part-time position that is 100% remote and involves working closely with a dynamic team of recruiters.
We are seeking individuals with an excellent command of English and recruitment experience, preferably within the industry. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
Identify and recruit global talent for our network of freelance translators.
Evaluate candidates according to our clients’ requirements to ensure a perfect fit for our projects.
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in English.
Experience in recruitment, ideally in industries related to translation or linguistic services.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Based in Latin America.
