What You Bring to the Table: A high school diploma (or equivalent) - College degree preferred! 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, or staffing (bonus points for all three!). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat. A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet. Compensation Range $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
