Conocimientos exhaustivos de los procedimientos y suministros de limpieza.
Capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente (sin supervisin directa) y seguir instrucciones (verbales y escritas).

Dedicacin a brindar un servicio excelente al cliente.
Realiza una variedad de servicios de limpieza del hotel para mantener limpias las habitaciones de los huspedes de acuerdo con las normas establecidas.
Inspecciona visualmente las habitaciones para ayudar a identificar los elementos de mantenimiento necesarios.
Ayuda a los huspedes siempre que sea posible proporndoles ropa de cama, toallas, comodidades, o informacin que soliciten.
Se te puede pedir que ayude en la lavandera/ limpiar los espacios pblicos cuando sea necesario.
Asegura una experiencia excepcional para los huspedes brindando un servicio amable y corts al descubrir y responder de manera rpida y eficiente a las solicitudes, consultas, y quejas con una actitud de Servicio +1.

Drury Hotels estn abiertos los 7 das de la semana y nuestros das ms ocupados son los fines de semana (los sbados y domingos).

Requiere capacidad para empujar, pasar la aspiradora, alcanzar, estirarse, y agacharse en las actividades diarias de trabajo.
Requiere la capacidad de levantar 25 35 libras de forma intermitente durante la jornada laboral.
Reporta a la Ejecutiva de Limpieza / Subgerente General.
