Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr Job Title: Junior Digital Designer Our Financial Services client is searching for a Junior Digital Designer to join their team. This role will focus on enhancing user experiences and driving marketing initiatives through effective design and strategy. Location: Onsite; Aventura, FL Duration: FTE Key Responsibilities Oversee design and updates of corporate websites, ensuring a seamless and polished user experience. Conceptualize, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, manage mailing lists, and handle campaign deployment. Design PowerPoint presentations, infographics, invitations, marketing decks, brochures, event signage, and other promotional materials to support business development and sales teams. Create marketing materials for corporate events, attend events to provide creative support, and ensure brand consistency across all touch points. Work closely with teams in the Miami office and international locations to support key initiatives. Qualifications 2+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Squarespace, and MS Office Experience in Mailchimp, Hubspot, or similar platforms Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience in print design is a big plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
