The Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) position involves providing psychotherapy and overseeing medication management remotely while supporting private practices. Headway assists mental health professionals by handling insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing, enabling counselors to maintain flexible schedules and grow their caseloads. This role requires a Master’s level license and promotes access to affordable mental healthcare for patients.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
