As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at Thorne Crest, you will be responsible for overseeing the community's operations in compliance with state and federal regulations. This includes developing and implementing strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures that focus on the American Baptist Homes of the Midwest's performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness, and stewardship
