Floyd Lee Locums is seeking a Physician Assistant Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery for a locum tenens job in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Seeking an experienced, board-certified NP or PA to support a cardiac ICU in the Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI CCU). The APP will work under the guidance of an Intensivist managing critically ill cardiac patients including those on ECMO, Impella, LVAD, and post-cardiac transplant care .

• Shift Schedule: 3x 13-hour shifts/week (either 7 AM – 8 PM or 7 PM – 8 AM)
• Includes: Night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Patients per Shift: 8–12
• Bed Count: 30
• Procedures Required:
  • Arterial lines
  • Central lines
  • Swan-Ganz catheter
  • Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) removal

Provider Requirements:

• Experience: Critical care experience required, specifically in cardiac ICU
• Certifications:
  • Board Certification: Required
  • ACLS, BLS: Required
• License: Must hold active PA license (PA only, no IMLC)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
