Job Description:
As a Low Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of security systems, including CCTV, access control, intercom systems, and fire alarm systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology while contributing to the safety and security of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, intercom systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on security systems.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues with security equipment and systems.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and other technicians to ensure quality and timely completion of installations and service calls.
• Ensure all systems meet industry standards and local codes.
• Provide on-site training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician, preferably in the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, intercom systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with local, state, and national codes for low voltage systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
