Job Description
Job Summary:
The Marketing and Events Coordinator plans, coordinates, and executes marketing campaigns and events to engage target audiences, and drive business goals. This role requires a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple projects and collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage content creation for digital platforms including social media, email newsletters, and websites.
Coordinate with graphic designers and vendors for the production of marketing materials.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
Maintain and update company websites and social media profiles.
Events:
Plan and execute internal and external events.
Coordinate event logistics.
Develop event timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event reports.
Promote events through marketing channels and collaborate with media and PR teams as needed.
Handle event registration and communication with attendees.
Manage on-site setup, coordination, and teardown.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
