Join to apply for the Marketing Consultant III role at Kaiser Permanente 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Summary This individual contributor is primarily responsible for assisting with the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies and programs, as well as conducting market data collection and synthesis under the guidance of more senior colleagues. This position also supports the creative team, manages marketing projects, implements strategies aligned with business objectives, and executes strategic go-to-market plans. Conducts market data collection and synthesis under guidance, interpreting data to create actionable marketing plans, partnering with research and analytics teams, providing input into market research, and tracking performance to optimize ROI. Implements marketing strategies aligned with business goals by developing strategic deliverables, ensuring brand consistency, leveraging research to identify opportunities, analyzing metrics, creating reports, and driving improvements. Executes strategic go-to-market plans by assessing channel partner needs, evaluating audience data, and identifying new multi-channel opportunities. Assists in developing and executing integrated marketing communications by integrating B2B, B2C, and line of business strategies, translating insights into promotional activities, aligning with enterprise teams, and evaluating campaign effectiveness. Supports the creative team by gathering data, developing creative briefs, and collaborating on creative development, ensuring alignment and understanding. Assists in marketing project management by developing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, managing budgets, participating in vendor selection, and providing updates. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or related field, plus at least three (3) years of relevant experience; equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree.
