Are you passionate about real estate and eager to get experience in the field? Whether you're newly licensed or working toward your license, this is a unique opportunity to earn while you learn alongside top-producing agents in San Diego County.

We're hiring a Showing Assistant to support our real estate team with showings, client care, and buyer tours across the county. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow into a full-time agent position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Show homes to buyers throughout San Diego County
  • Help schedule and coordinate buyer tours
  • Assist with buyer follow-up, feedback, and offer prep
  • Support lead agents with active clients
  • Learn the ins and outs of real estate through direct experience

You Are:

  • Reliable, friendly, and good with people
  • Willing to be out in the field showing homes
  • Either newly licensed or in the process of getting your CA real estate license
  • Equipped with a reliable car, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone

Compensation:

Commission-only with strong potential. Most showing assistants are active in transactions within 30–45 days. Bonus opportunities and long-term growth are available.

Compensation:

$69,000

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
Qualifications:
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
