Job Description

A law firm east of Pittsburgh is looking to add a Receptionist to its team! This role is well-suited for candidates with strong communication skills, great typing skills, and the desire to work on-site five days per week. They would love to find someone willing to grow their career with the firm, but are also happy to support candidates who are only open to Receptionist work.




Responsibilities :
- Answer phones
- Greet office visitors
- Refill supplies, put paper in the copy machine
- Enter time into Timeslips portal (a Sage program) daily, and submit attorney hours monthly
- General administrative duties




Requirements :
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good typing skills
- Previous receptionist experience is a plus!
