About the role

We are looking for a 180/Delivery Consultant to join our team in Austin, TX. You will be working on hot accounts from Day 1, and will become an expert in sourcing, headhunting and networking, whilst providing a high level of service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and qualifying high-level candidates for roles within our business units, conducting telephone interviews
• Assisting your candidates through the interview process
• Building a network and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the US

Who will succeed here?

• You have a minimum 1 year’s experience in a search/resourcing/delivery recruitment role.
• You are confident, articulate, and meticulous – (especially on the phone) you’ll be liaising with C-Level clients and senior candidates.
• You have an interest in clean technology/energy and the impact this has on the future
• You are hungry to succeed, driven and determined to learn and progress in their career.

Location: A brand new office in Downtown Austin, TX (with a rooftop pool!)

Working model: Office based, early finish Fridays.
