Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales growth of our robotics, autonomous vehicles, and industrial automation products in the North American market. This role requires a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about technology, adept at building relationships, and ready to embrace the challenge of introducing innovative solutions to a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the North American market, identifying key target customers, market segments, and sales channels.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
• Sales Performance: Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth.
• Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of the company's product portfolio, including technical specifications, competitive advantages, and application scenarios.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable sales outcomes while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the robotics, automation, or automotive industry.
• Technical Acumen: Strong technical aptitude and understanding of robotics, automation technologies, and their applications in industrial settings.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, negotiating complex deals, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Market Awareness: Deep understanding of the North American market.
• Adaptability: Willingness to travel, adapt to changing market conditions, and work in a fast-paced, international environment.
