Position: Sales Manager

Location: Tampa, FL (Full Time in Office)

What You’ll Do:

As our new Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sales Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, digital platforms, and in-person meetings.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships while ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Financial Modeling: Analyze and model potential revenue opportunities to identify business growth areas.
• Presentation Development & Delivery: Craft compelling presentations that showcase our services and solutions, effectively communicating our value to clients.
• Proposal Responses: Develop thorough and persuasive responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Administrative Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks as directed by your supervisor, ensuring seamless operation within the sales team.
• Sales & Marketing Activities: Participate in any other sales and marketing initiatives as needed to support team success.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ proven advanced sales experience, preferably within the service or transportation industry.
• Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients quickly and effectively.
• Sales Acumen: A deep understanding of sales strategies, with a proven track record of closing deals independently.
• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales tracking tools.
• Self-Motivated: An independent, driven closer who is comfortable taking initiative and working autonomously.
