Salary: 133,900 - 231,400 USD per year Requirements:

• I have 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• I possess 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• I have 3+ years of software development experience.
• I am experienced in managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

• I will drive the cross-AWS Operational Readiness Review program and establish a closed-loop review system to identify and help mitigate potential availability gaps.
• I will conduct deep dives with teams to identify availability gaps and report on AWS-wide progress in mitigating these gaps.
• I will continuously improve the ORR program to help identify availability gaps while also reducing builder burden.
• I will connect the review and analyses with compliance programs to support evidence gathering and reporting.
