Position Overview We’re looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer (Senior or Staff) to join our team. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where we design and build scalable systems from the ground up. If you’re passionate about elegant architecture, clean code, and building products that customers love, we’d love to talk to you. What You’ll Do Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend systems. Develop backend services that interact with APIs and internal microservices. Build and maintain infrastructure to support fast development and deployment cycles. Continuously optimize performance and address technical bottlenecks. Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5-10+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on API design and implementation. Proficient in general-purpose programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, etc. Experience building and scaling complex applications from scratch. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI technologies is a big plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, product-oriented mindset.
