Position Overview We seek a motivated SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. You will monitor security alerts, conduct initial analysis, and escalate threats. Ideal candidates have SOC experience and want to help develop our cybersecurity organization, working on cutting-edge security challenges. Key Responsibilities Monitor security alerts from SIEM, EDR, firewalls, and endpoint tools. Analyze events and triage alerts for false positives or escalation needs. Investigate and contain security incidents with L2 Analysts. Assist in log analysis and data correlation to identify attack patterns. Document findings clearly and concisely. Report trends and unusual activities. Collaborate to refine detection rules and incident response. Stay updated on emerging threats and security best practices. Contribute to improving SOC playbooks and automation. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance security. Qualifications and Experience At least 1 year of SOC or related cybersecurity experience. Basic understanding of malware, network security, and intrusion detection. Experience with SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability scanners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of threat frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain. Good communication and collaboration skills. Certifications like CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft SC-200 are a plus.
