💰 Pay Package:

• Hourly W2 Rate: $19/hr
• Weekly Stipends: $1,561 (meals, housing, incidentals)
• Gross Weekly Total: $2,263/week
• Overtime & Holiday Pay: $120/hr

Job Description:

We’re seeking a skilled Travel Med/Surg RN with strong ICU experience to join a high-performing medical-surgical team in New Jersey. You’ll care for a diverse adult population, including post-op surgical and medically complex patients, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across a range of patient populations.
• Deliver competent, compassionate nursing care aligned with clinical protocols.
• Respond effectively to emergencies with knowledge of appropriate procedures and equipment.
• Ensure timely and accurate patient documentation, including education and progress tracking.
• Educate patients and families pre- and post-operatively.
• Support a patient-centered culture and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prioritize individualized care.
• Follow National Patient Safety Goals and use proper safety and transfer techniques.

Requirements:

• Active RN License—NJ or Compact
• BLS Certification—Required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience
• ICU Experience—Required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
