Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) Specialist. The VoIP Specialist will be responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining VoIP systems for our clients. The VoIP professional will also be responsible for providing technical support to clients.
Some duties include:
· Meet with Customers to determine needs and required functionality.
· Phone System Configuration: Configure VoIP system to meet the specific needs of our customers.
· Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve VoIP-related issues, providing technical support to Customers and collaborating with IT teams as needed.
· Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of VoIP configurations, processes, and procedures.
· Provide support to Sales on VoIP solutions and attend customer meetings.
Qualifications
Sales and Sales Management skills
Experience in Account Management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Proficiency in VoIP and networking technologies
Knowledge of SIP and MGCP protocols is preferred.
current California Drivers license
Good computer skills
Must demostrate good knowledge of programming VOIP phone systems
