Job Description

Job Title: CDL Driver (Class A, B, or C)
Location: Everett, WA (Onsite)
Pay: $27.75- $35.75 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Job Summary:
A leading transportation provider is seeking professional, safety-minded CDL Drivers to transport corporate and commuter clients across scheduled routes. This role is ideal for customer-focused drivers who are committed to delivering safe, smooth, and dependable service. Premium pay is offered for specific routes, and the company provides a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport clients along scheduled routes in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct daily DOT inspections and report any vehicle defects or concerns
  • Complete all required documentation accurately, including logs and fuel reports
  • Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle at all times
  • Create a welcoming environment for passengers and assist as needed
  • Uphold all safety procedures and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service in every interaction

Must Haves / Requirements Summary:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid CDL Class A, B, or C License with Passenger Endorsement
  • Current and active DOT Medical Card
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening and background check
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Able to work independently and take direction
  • Comfortable working with people and committed to excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating shuttles, motorcoaches, or school buses
  • Familiarity with DOT safety compliance and documentation
  • Strong awareness of route management and schedule adherence
