The role involves soliciting and selling Life & Health insurance and Annuity products primarily within ACG branch location, developing leads and prospects through various marketing activities, preparing proposals, closing sales, completing applications and forms, working collaboratively with branch team, assisting underwriting and brokerage departments, responding to customer inquiries, preparing reports, and maintaining production standards. Candidates must possess valid State Life Sales licenses, ability to take and pass LUTC or CLU coursework, maintain Life and Health licenses, valid State driver’s license, and qualify for all applicable state licenses and appointments. Education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experience with proven record of selling life insurance products. Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products, ability to analyze customer needs, communicate complex information clearly, prepare proposals, assess insurance requirements, perform calculations, build relationships, prospect new sales opportunities, work collaboratively, strong communication and organizational skills, professional representation, safe driving, proficient writing and PC skills, and ability to work independently. Work environment is temperature-controlled office with limited travel for community events.
