Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee personal injury matters from intake through resolution and trial
• Evaluate new claims and guide prospective clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
• Coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants for case progression
• Collect and review evidence, including medical records and expert reports
• Appear at depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Negotiate settlements in clients’ best interests
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of personal injury or related litigation experience
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (New Jersey Bar a plus)
• Experience handling tort, wrongful death, and premises liability cases
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
Desired Skills:
• Proficiency with legal case management software (Needles preferred)
• Effective negotiation and litigation strategy
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus
