Job Description

ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at one of our Primary care clinics in Portland! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!

SCHEDULE AND TRAINING
Work 34 hours average per week, receiving full time benefits.
Unmatched work life balance with no admin days and no on call time.
Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients.
Clinic positions require you to attend 2-3 weeks of training. The first week will be at your primary location and partially remote, the second and third weeks include traveling to multiple clinics in the area.
Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay.
This range is approximately equivalent to $73 - 82 per hour
Sign on Bonus or Relocation Assistance Eligible up to $15,000

St. John's clinic - 8179 N Lombard St, Portland, OR 97203
Bridgeport Village clinic - 7451 SW Bridgeport Rd, Tigard, OR 97224

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventative care such as Medicare establishing care and Medicare annual wellness visits, Hospital transition of care, Chronic condition management, Routine procedures (minor lacerations, lesion removal, joint injections), and Hospice/palliative care coordination.
Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.
Provide evidence-based medical care.
Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.

QUALIFICATIONS
Physician Assistant Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
Experience seeing patients of all ages.
Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Standing for long periods of time
Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
Must wear a mask as needed.
Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
