Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test robotic welding systems and cutting systems on time and within budget
  • Teardown equipment and package for shipping
  • Perform field service and/or electrical sub-assembly
  • Overtime is required on a consistent basis
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and respect
  • Must be able to bring projects to closure.
  • Maintain and update customer project files.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints.
  • Ability to use common hand tools and Digital Volt Meter.
  • Ability to develop and document procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Willing to travel
  • Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • PC literate in MS Office applications.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Other duties as assigned, including general labor.

 

Qualifications Desired: 

Experience with GMAW, robotic automation integration, field service, robotic arc welding programming, and PLC programming a plus.

Physical Demands: Work is a mix of standing, bending, squatting, grasping, carrying, lifting and walking and some long periods of sitting. There is frequent reaching, bending, pulling and lifting in relationship to components to be gathered and assembled. This individual must be able to occasionally lift 70 pounds, frequently lift 25 pounds,
